FLock Roadmap for 2025

Launch of key partnerships with Web2 and Web3 companies, AI Agents, and AI applications, including Animoca Brands, OneKey etc
Launch of FL Alliance on Testnet
The FL Alliance, Flock’s decentralised federated learning platform, will be deployed on the testnet. This marks the beginning of a decentralised, privacy-preserving AI training framework where multiple stakeholders can train models collectively without sharing raw data.
Decentralisation Plan for Flock
The official roadmap for decentralising Flock will be published, detailing governance mechanisms and how the community will participate in federated AI training and deployment.

Building on the foundation established in Q1, Q2 focuses on enabling federated AI at the edge and launching Moonbase Beta, the AI Agent platform.

Launch of Edge Model for AI Training A decentralised Edge AI model will be introduced, allowing AI models to be trained efficiently on distributed edge devices. This model enhances privacy, reduces reliance on centralized compute infrastructure, and optimizes on-device learning.
Moonbase Beta Deployment Moonbase, Flock’s AI Agent platform, will be launched in beta. This platform allows users to deploy and utilize AI Agents while enabling contributors to earn rewards from their models being used. Moonbase represents a shift towards a decentralised AI economy, where developers, contributors, and users collaborate seamlessly.
AI Arena v2
AI arena v2 aims to bring significat updates to the current platform including staking function upgrades.

The third quarter of 2025 introduces deeper integrations and opens up AI model task creation to the community.

Integration with AI Agent & AI Application Launchpads Flock will integrate with leading AI Agent and AI Application platforms, ensuring seamless onboarding of developers and startups looking to deploy AI-powered solutions using federated learning.
Open AI Model Task Creation to the Community The ability to create AI model training tasks will be made accessible to the broader community.

The final quarter of 2025 focuses on scaling Moonbase and introducing a sustainable AI model revenue system.

Launch of Moonbase Stage 2 & Stage 3 Moonbase will undergo further development, introducing additional functionalities that improve AI Agent interactions, deployment mechanisms, and user earnings. These phases will enhance the ability of contributors to earn from AI models being actively used.
Introduction of the Sustainable Model Flywheel The Sustainable Model Flywheel will be fully operational, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem where contributors earn in by training models and usage of those models
